Maybe you've heard 'Billy Unger'? Yeah, he's Cody Simpson's friend and he's playing on Disney XD series Lab Rats. 

He was born on October 15, 1995. And I'm very excited and surprised cause he's playing on Ghost Whisperer: "The Children's Parade" cause of my Mom is a huge fan of Ghost Whisperer ;)
